Pompeii(龐貝)是古羅馬的城市之一
位於那波利灣岸邊
由於龐貝地理位置位於交通要道亞壁古道附近
因此被羅馬統治后的龐貝迅速成為了興旺的商業城
公元79年8月24日
維蘇威火山爆發
一夜之間將龐貝活埋於火山灰下
曾經的繁華瞬間消失於廢墟中
令世人無比唏噓感歎
這首歌從前奏開始就很氣勢磅礴
合唱團渾厚的和音仿佛呈現出昔日輝煌的龐貝城
而Bastille樂團的主唱的聲音很乾淨
帶給歌曲極大的反差感
也莫名地為歌曲增添了奇妙的感覺
就像是當時渺小的龐貝城的居民們
獨自面對火山爆發的末日情境
MV里男主角活在一座被病毒感染的城市里
所有被感染的人的眼睛都是黑色的

壓軸的咒怨姐妹花
男主角只能不停地逃跑
終於跑到了像樣的地方
最後男主角也。。。
MV里男主角的結局含括了許多唏噓感慨
無論如何龐貝城的毀滅已成為歷史
